When Will I Receive My Application and Screening Settlement?
Rentvine's system will batch out on the 11th and 25th of every month. You will then be reimbursed or charged on the 15th or the last day of each month.
Rentvine offers the convenience of depositing your remitted fees and, if necessary, withdrawing funds from your Business Operating Account in case of a negative balance (which is typically unlikely unless there is an excessive number of applicant refunds). Our system processes settlements on the 11th and 25th of each month, with funds being deposited or deducted within 3 business days (on the 15th and end of each month). Please note that there is a fifty ($50.00) minimum account balance, for the settlement to be generated for that particular payout period.
