How to View Application and Screening Settlements (Payouts)?
This article will show you how to get a breakdown of the Application and Screening payout / settlement
Application fees are not tracked in Rentvine's trust accounting. The Application and Screening fees are remitted to the bank account that we have on file (typically your business operating bank account). Click Here for more details
- From Dashboard
- Click Screening
- Then select Payments
- On the Payments screen
- Hover over and click Settlements tab
- On the Settlements tab, you will be able to view the amounts that were remitted. Click on the amount to see the details.
