Viewing the Applicant Portal

This article will walk you through navigating your applicant portal.

• The first step when applying for a property is to register an account. On this page, you can enter all of your information and create your account. If you already have a Rentvine account you can click the Sign In option at the top to bypass the registration. 

• Once registered,  you will have a couple of tabs. One being "My Applications".  This will allow you to easily access your application,  view the status of your application, view the status of your co-applicants, and invite other co-applicants. These statuses for your application will be not started, in progress  and completed.

• The other tab you will see in their portal is the "Apply Now", tab. This will show all of the current active listings.  This allows you to easily apply to any of these properties by clicking on the property.  When you start an application,  all of your information will be saved as it is entered.  If you were to exit the application at any point,  you would be able to continue it where you left off.
