Applicant Portal Registration

This article will walk your through registering and accessing your applicant portal to fill out an application.

• Once you click on a property to apply to it will take you to a registration screen. This screen will have multiple fields for you to fill out to register.

• You will need to fill out the following fields to continue:
  • Email
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number (optional)
  • Password
  • Confirm Password

• After all of this information is filled out you will need to click the checkbox in the reCAPTCHA that says "I'm not a robot". There is also another checkbox to accept the terms and conditions. If you would like to view the terms or policy before checking this off you can click the blue hyperlinks at the bottom of the page labeled "Terms" and "Policy". With these last steps completed you can click "Create Account" and it will give you access to your applicant portal.

• If you have previously registered a Rentvine account before then you can skip over this registration step. At the top of the page you will see "Already have a Rentvine Account? Sign In". You can click on the blue "Sign In" hyperlink. 

• This will take you to a page where you can enter in the email and password that you previously registered with. With that entered you can click "Sign In" and you will then have access to your applicant portal.
