      Do Applicants Applying For The Same Unit Have To Apply Separately?

      This article will explain that each applicant over the age of 18 must apply separately.

      Everyone over the age of 18 years must apply separately.  On the application template there is an option to activate a field “I Am The…” and this will allow the applicant to select if they are the Applicant, Co-Applicant, Occupant, Guarantor.


      The template has a Question Section that will allow you to add a question to ask if the applicant is applying with someone and when answering "Yes" it will prompt a text box to leave the full name of the other person they are applying with.

       

      There is a Merge feature within the Application and Screening platform that will allow you to merge the two applicants together before running the credit and background checks.
