How to Enable the Live Ledger for Owners

What is the Live Ledger? The Live Ledger feature enables owners to see live transactions within their portfolio ledger in the Owner Portal.

 

 

You can enable the Live Ledger in the Global settings. 

  • (Setting -  Portals -  Owner Settings)



 

  • Below is an example of what the Live Ledger feature looks like inside the Owner Portal.

 

Currently you can select date ranges within the Live Ledger in the Owners Portal.

 

  • Where to locate Live Ledger Status Override in the Portfolio view.

 

Live Ledger Status Override will be always set to "Use Global Setting" by default.

 

If you DO NOT want to activate the Live Ledger for all owners you can override the setting for specific Owners in the Portfolio Details.
