This article will show you how to send a text message to any owner in Rentvine
Text messages use a phone number that is created with your Rentvine account. This will be the same number for everything and doesn't change. Whenever a text is sent out the replies will appear in this section shown in this article. Notifications will be sent out to whoever sent the last text message.
The first thing you will do is click on the portfolio tab on the left side of the screen. Then you will select the specific portfolio with the owner you want to send a text message to. Once you are viewing the portfolio click on the "Messages" tab at the top.
The next step is to click on the contact drop down in the text messages box and select the owner or contact you want to message. You will compose your message in the message field at the bottom of the text messages box. When done click on the green send button to send your text message to the contact. This box also will contain previous text messages sent back and forth that you can scroll to read.
