How to Send a Chat Message to Tenants on a Lease

Do you want to send a message to the tenant that they will be able to view in their portal? This article will show you how to send chat messages to tenants on any lease in Rentvine

1.  Click on the tab labeled "Leases" on the left side of the screen. This will pull up a list of all the leases you have. 

2.  Next you will search for the specific lease you want to send a chat message in. You will then click on that property to pull up the lease.

3.  You will then click on the "Chat" tab at the top. In this section you will see all previous messages previously sent. Under that you will see a message section where you will construct your chat message. Under that you will see a perforated box where you can drag and drop files that you want to attach. Make sure to press the green send button to send the message.
