This article will show you how to pay for rent and how to pay your security deposit separately
Inside your resident portal you will see a tab labeled "Summary" that you will go to. In here there will be two options one to make a payment and another to pay a security deposit.
How to Pay a Security Deposit
In the summary section there will be a box labeled "Security Deposit" that you will go to. To pay the security deposit you will click on the green button labeled "Pay Deposit". This will bring up a screen that will allow you to put in your payment information.
Note: The security deposit has to be paid separately from other payments.
How to Pay Rent/Other Charges
In the summary section there will be a box labeled "Balances" that you will go to. To pay rent and any other charges you will click on the green button labeled "Make a Payment". This will bring up a screen that will allow you to put in your payment information and you can pay current and upcoming charges.
