Would you like all of your owners to be able to view reports within their owner portal? This article will walk you through enabling this and how this looks for the owner.
- To enable this, you will need to click on your initials in the top right-hand corner. From this dropdown, you can click on "Settings" to access the global settings.
- In here, navigate to the "Portals" section and click on the "Owner Settings" option.
- Click the "Manage Settings" in the top right of this box. From here, set the "Is Reporting Enabled" dropdown to "Yes".
- Now, impersonating an owner portal, you will see that there is a section for reports. The reports below will be available for the owner to pull from their portal.

- Cash Flow Annual Per Property
- Cash Flow Detail
- Cash Flow Per Property
- Cash Flow Property Comparison
- Income Statement
- Income Statement Annual
- Income Statement Annual Per Property

- Properties
- Rent Roll
- Units
- This allows the owner to filter by certain objects and add columns just like on the admin portal.
Please note that all of these reports will be automatically filtered to not show suppressed fees or markups/discounts (if set up), just like the owner statements.
