How to Edit the Market Rent of a Property or Unit

The "Market Rent" of a property will be the amount that is pulled when you activate the property as a listing and will be marketed as whatever amount is in this field.

The first step is to click on the "Property" tab on the left side of the screen then click "Properties". Then you will need to select the property you want to edit the market rent of. Once selected you will look in the "Details" tab for a box called "Rental Details". In top right of the box you will click the Edit button.

Once you click edit a side bar will pop out with different options. You will look for the "Market Rent Amount" field and enter in the correct market rent amount of this property or unit. When you are done click on the green save button at the bottom of the sidebar to save changes.
