How to Edit the Maintenance Details of a Property

The maintenance details show the maintenance limit amount, date warranty expires, and maintenance notes. These will show on work orders created. This article will show you how to edit the maintenance details of any property in Rentvine

1.  Click on the "Property" tab on the left side of the screen. Under that click on the tab called "Properties" to pull up the entire list of properties.

2.  Search for the specific property you want to edit the maintenance details of.

3.  The next step it to go into the settings tab inside of that property. In this section you will see a box labeled "Maintenance Settings". In the top right of this box you will click on the pencil icon.

4.  Once in the edit menu you can change the maintenance limit amount, the date warranty expires, and the maintenance notes. Make sure to press the green save button when you are done to save any changes made.
