How to Edit the Default Owner Statement Setting of a Portfolio

This article will show you how to edit or change the default owner statement on any portfolio in Rentvine

The default owner statement setting will be the statement setting automatically selected when creating new owner statements. You can create as many statement settings as you would like. This article will show you how to change this at the portfolio level.

The first step is to click on the "Portfolios" tab on the left side of the screen. When in that tab select or search for the specific portfolio you want to edit the owner statement of. The next step is to go into the box labeled "Details" and click on the button in the top right labeled "Edit".

When you click the edit button a side bar will pop up on the left side of the screen. There will be a drop down box labeled "Statement Setting". You will click on this and select whatever statement setting you want to be the default. Once selected you will need to press the green save button at the bottom of the side bar.
