How To Disable/Enable Resident Portal Payments on ALL Leases?

This article will show you how to quickly disable/enable resident eCheck payments, Credit Card payments, or both on ALL leases at the global level.

  • Navigate to Settings / Accounting Settings

 


  • Go to the Lease section and click Edit




  • To disable ALL electronic payments across all leases (all resident portals), make sure to toggle off both the Disable All eCheck and Disable All Credit Card Payments options.



  • To Disable eCheck Payments Only, toggle on the Disable All eCheck Payments option




  • To Disable Credit Card Payments Only, toggle on Disable All Credit Card Payments





  • To enable ALL electronic payments, do not toggle on any of the provided options.





  • Click Save when finished.  The changes that are made affect ALL Leases on your Rentvine account.
