How to Configure Who Gets Notified for Incoming Text Messages

This article explains how the Text Message Received notification works

By default, incoming text messages notifies the property manager who most recently responded to the conversation.

In addition to the default, if you prefer to notify other property managers for all incoming text messages received, you can add them on the  "Text Message Received" notification by clicking on the recipients listed.  You can also add any additional emails or phone numbers as well.

• Navigate to Settings > Notifications
  
  
• Scroll to the Text Message Received Notification
• Edit as needed and click Save in the lower right corner when finished
