How to Change Your Username-Email on Rentvine-PM

Are you looking to change your name and email on Rentvine? Below will be the steps on how to complete this process.

Rentvine saves your email when you register your portal as your username. You are able to change that email address without having to re-register for a new email and accept a new portal invite.

1. On the homepage of your portal, click on the ellipsis next to your name in the bottom left corner and click on "My Profile".
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Once you click on "My Profile," you will be taken to another page that shows your profile information. Once you are here, just click the edit button on the left.
   
3. From there, you will be able to change your name and email address for that profile. It will show you the current time zone that you are in within Rentvine. In the case you need this changed, please submit a ticket to support@rentvine.com.
