Rentvine saves your email when you register your portal as your username. You are able to change that email address without having to re-register for a new email and accept a new portal invite.
- On the homepage of your portal, select your Initials located next to your name and select My Profile
- Once you click on "My Profile," you will be taken to another page that shows your profile information. Once you are here, just click the edit button on the left.
- From there, you will be able to change your name and email address for that profile. It will show you the current time zone that you are in within Rentvine. In the case you need this changed, please submit a ticket to support@rentvine.com.
Changing Your Password

Once logged in, select your Initials located next to your name
- Select My Profile
- This will take you to your profile information and you can change your password here
- This will take you to a new password menu. Enter the following information presented to you and click submit to set your new password
