How to Change the Reserve Amount on a Property
Do you need to change the reserve amount of a property? This article will show you how to modify the amount. This amount will be combined for all properties under a single portfolio and held back from distributions.
- From the dashboard view of Rentvine, click on the Property dropdown on the left-hand side
- Click on Properties from the dropdown
- On the next screen, enter the Property Code/Address in the search field that you would like to change.
- In the results, click the property that you would like to change.
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Under the Settings tab, click on the Pencil button in the Accounting Settings section.
- Enter the new Reserve Amount
- Click the Save button at the bottom
