How to Add a Resident Notice to the Resident Portal

Do you need to have a notice displayed in a conspicuous location on all resident portals? This article will walk you through setting up that notice with your own custom message.



  • To start you will need to navigate to your global settings by clicking your initials in the top right of the page and clicking "Settings". 

 

  • You will then navigate to "Resident Settings" which will be under the section for "Portals"

 

  • Here you will notice a section that is labeled "Resident Notice". You can click the "Manage Settings" option at the top right of this page to edit this field. Here you will be able to enter whatever you need to display in resident portals.

 

  • This will be displayed at the top of the resident portal summary page and will be the first thing that the resident can view when logging in to their portal.
