HOA contacts are vendor contacts but have their own contact name. Once they are created in the associations page then this article will show you how to attach them to a property.
How to add a Home Owner Association into your Rentvine account.
- From Dashboard
- Click Property
- Then select Associations
- Click on the green New Association button on the top right of the Home Owners Association page.
- Then fill out the page with the correct information for the Association Details.
- Click Save once completed
- From Dashboard
- Click Property
- Then select Properties
- Once you are within the Properties page click on the property you would like to add the homeowners association to.
- Then scroll down on that selected property page until you see the Home Owner Association field.
- Click the blue Add Association
- Search for the association you want to add to the property
- Once the association is selected click Add Association
