How to Send a Text Message to a Tenant on a Lease

Do you want to send a text message directly to a tenant's phone? This article will show you how to send a text message to any tenant in Rentvine

1.  Click on the tab labeled "Leases" on the left side of the screen. This will pull up a list of all the leases you have. 

2.  Next you will search for the specific lease you want to send an email message in. You will then click on that property to pull up the lease.

3.  You will then click on the "Messages" tab at the top to pull up the messages screen. On the left side of this page you will be able to send text messages. First you will have to select the contact name at the top, then compose you message in the bottom message box. When you are done make sure to click the green send button to send the text message. You will also be able to see previous text messages in the middle.
