How do I integrate my listings with Tenant Turner?

Steps to connecting your Rentvine data with Tenant Turner:

Configure Rentvine to push your dental data to Tenant Turner:

  • When you post the rental in Rentvine, we will have access to import it. Your RentVine account needs to be configured to use Tenant Turner as your default showing provider. This help article explains how to configure your showing provider in Rentvine, and best practices for the connection.

Locate your Rentvine customer code:

  • For us to import your rental data we need 2 access points. First is the customer code, and second is the API keys. To locate your customer code, look to your Rentvine URL! It is typically YourCompanyName.Rentvine.com. The portion at the begining, in this example 'YourCompanyName' is your Rentvine Customer code. Please send that to us along with the below API keys specific to your account.

Create the API keys:Below are steps on how to create the API keys in Rentvine in order to connect the integration.

  1. Click on your name in the bottom left corner of your Rentvine account
  2. Click Settings > under the Account section click Users, Roles and API
  3. Click the API tab > New API Key
  4. Create New API Key with name 'tt-integration' and Role 'Administrator'
  5. Copy everything in the yellow box and send to Support@tenantturner.com

Note: Only System Administrator Users within Rentvine can create the API key.


What this means for your Tenant Turner account:

  • Once the Tenant Turner team has connected to the API you will see additional options within your Tenant Turner>> Account Settings that allow for a 2 way pass of information between softwares.

  1. Adding tenant leads to Rentvine means leads who have inquired about the rental and provided their name and contact information will be added as Prospects in Rentvine
  2. Importing current tenants from Rentvine will auto populate the 'Send viewing notices to current occupants' fields for In-Person showings

  3. Importing property owner information will auto-populate the Owner Report tab

Once all 3 steps are complete, email Support@tenantturner.com with your company code and API keys, and we will take it from there!
