To utilize Rentvine's screening, there are no additional monthly or annual fees. We do charge a $10.00 non-refundable processing fee or 10% per applicant (if the application fee is over $100). This processing fee helps cover the merchant account fees, transaction fees, and software support (includes phone and email support). We allow you to customize your application fee and choose how you want to charge the processing fee, I Will Pay The Fee, or Tenants Pay The Fee.

The $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from your application fee before screening.

Tenant Pays The Fee -
The $10.00 processing fee will be added to the application fee as an additional line item upon submission and payment of the application.
