To utilize Rentvine's screening there are no additional monthly or annual fees. We do charge a $10.00 non-refundable processing fee or 10% per applicant (if the application fee is over $100). This processing fee helps cover the merchant account fees, transaction fees, and software support (includes phone and email support). We allow you to customize your application fee and choose how you want to charge the processing fee, I Will Pay The Fee or Tenants Pays The Fee.

The $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from your application fee prior to screening.
