What’s new in owner payment management

1. Smarter visibility with status filtering

The updated Pay Owner screen now highlights accounts that need attention before processing. The system alerts you to undeposited or unsettled receipts, ensuring that pending funds aren’t mistakenly distributed to owners. This prevents bounced payments and reconciliation headaches down the line.

2. Easier hold management

Need to hold back funds for maintenance or repairs? You can now place portfolios on hold directly from the Pay Owner screen—no more jumping between tabs. The system clearly displays hold amounts and reasons for easy tracking.

3. Enhanced filtering and navigation

You can now filter payouts by status, state, tags, and property groups to quickly locate and review the right accounts. The filters are designed to work together, making it simple to focus on specific owners or portfolios during payment processing.

4. Cleaner, faster payment confirmation

The new Payment Submission module features a modernized user interface that’s easier to read and navigate. With built-in multi-factor authentication (MFA) and improved layout, confirming owner payments is smoother and more secure than ever.

5. Automatic statement creation

Once payments are submitted, the system automatically launches the Owner Statement Batch Process. This update eliminates extra clicks and ensures statements are created immediately after payout—reducing the risk of missed reports or incomplete accounting.
