Screening Global Settings

This article will review all of the Screening Global Settings. The Screening settings configure the settings for applications, adjust the application templates, adjust the addendums, and application statuses.

To get started, click your initials at the top right and click 'Settings' > and here you can see the Screening Settings

Application Provider - This will be the provider you choose to use for running your applications, whether it is Rentvine directly or a third-party service that has been integrated with the Rentvine platform.
- If Rentvine is selected, then you will be presented with more options to adjust
- If Other is selected, you will be given an option to input a default application link

Application enabled - This option should be selected if you would like your applications to be enabled and available for users
Generic Application Enabled - This setting allows applicants to submit an application without selecting a specific property address. Toggling this on will present more option for adjusting the Generic Application
- Available Units Only - This means that the applicant can create a blank application, but it will only allow the applicant to choose units currently available. Toggling this off allows applicants to enter any address they type within the application
- Generic Application Template - This allows you to select a specific application template to use for the Generic Applications instead of the Default Application Template
Auto Assign Application to Assignee of Property - This setting will automatically assign the application to the current assignee designated at the property level.

This screen will show you all the application templates you have currently in the system, and whether they are active or not.

To edit the Template itself and the details within the Application Template, click the ellipses next to the Application Template and click Builder

This area will show all defaulted and custom application statuses created in your account

This screen will show all Addendum Templates that have been created on your account. To create a new Addendum Template, you can follow this article: 🔗 Creating a New Addendum Template
