How to Refund an Applicant?

  • From Dashboard
  • Click Screening
  • Then select Payments

 

  • On the Payments screen
  • Hover over the payment tab you would like to refund and Click

 

  • On the Payment Details screen
  • Click Actions
  • Then select Refund Payment

 

  • Type in the Refund Amount
  • Type in a Description
  • Click Refund Payment

 

  • Rentvine's system will then automatically refund the applicant. Funds should show within applicants bank account within 1-5 business days, depending upon certain banking institutions.
