How to Refund an Applicant?
- From Dashboard
- Click Screening
- Then select Payments
- On the Payments screen
- Hover over the payment tab you would like to refund and Click
- On the Payment Details screen
- Click Actions
- Then select Refund Payment
- Type in the Refund Amount
- Type in a Description
- Click Refund Payment
- Rentvine's system will then automatically refund the applicant. Funds should show within applicants bank account within 1-5 business days, depending upon certain banking institutions.
