The New Table

Portfolios, Properties, Units, and Leases now use a new table with filters, columns, sorting, and saved views that work the same way across all of them. Learn what each one does below

Filter the list

  1. Click Filters at the top right of the table.

  2. Set the filters you want. Most are a drop-down, a Yes / No / All choice, or a Min and Max range.

  3. Click Update.

Active filters show as chips under the search box, such as Active. Click the X on a chip to remove that filter, or click Clear in the Filters panel to remove them all.

Show, hide, and reorder columns

  1. Click Columns at the top right of the table.

  2. Turn a column on or off with its switch. Columns you’ve turned off are listed under Hidden columns.

  3. Drag a column by its handle to move it.

The first column stays fixed on the left while you scroll. Click Reset to go back to the page’s standard columns.

Sort the list

Click a column header to sort by that column, and click it again to reverse the order. You can also open Columns and pick a field from Sort By, then use the arrow next to it to switch between ascending and descending.

Saved Views

A saved view stores your filters, sort order, and columns so you can get back to the same list in one click.

Open Saved Views

Click Saved Views at the top right of the table. The top of the panel shows the view you’re using now, and the views are split into three tabs:

  • Personal: views only you can see.

  • Shared: views everyone on your team can see.

  • System: built-in views that come with the page. These can’t be edited or deleted.

Each view shows how many filters and columns it uses and how it’s sorted. Click a view to apply it.

Save a view

  1. Set up the list the way you want it with Filters, Columns, and the sort order.

  2. Click Saved Views.

  3. Type a name in the box at the bottom of the panel.

  4. Click the person icon next to the name to choose who can see it. One person saves it to Personal; two people save it to Shared.

  5. Click Save.

Set your default view

Click the star next to a view to make it your default. The table opens to your default view each time you visit the page.

Manage a view

Hover over a saved view to see its options:

  • Copy to personal: makes your own copy of a shared view that you can change without affecting your team’s version.

  • Edit name: renames the view.

  • Delete: the trash can removes the view.

Built-in views

  • Portfolios: Default View, Distributions on Hold, Statements Due, and Financials.

  • Properties: Default View, Maintenance and Compliance.

  • Units: Default View, Vacancy, Renewals, Specs, and Maintenance.
