Filtering Specifics
To find any charges that have not been paid in your system, you will need to use both
The Voided & Paid in Full filter and set this to No.
This will, at the very least, show you all unpaid charges for every lease created in your system
To narrow this down even further, you can use the Primary Lease Status filter and set this to Active & Closed. This will show only leases that are currently active or closed out; no pending leases with unpaid charges will populate here.
If you would like to only show certain charges, such as Rent Charges or Late Fees, you can do this in the Account Filter
You can organize the report even further by Grouping the results by lease.
This will section out the charges by Leases.
You can also drag and drop the column to the Grouping section to do this as well
Once you have your desired report, you can save this as a new report by clicking Save located at the top right.
Name your new report, and this will now be saved in your Saved Reports section for easier access
