To start, you will need to navigate to the Accounting Tab and click Transactions.
You can click the green Actions button and select New Recurring Journal Entry
This will take you to a new menu for the new Recurring Journal Entry you would like to create.
You will need to include:Ledger
Description
Start Date
Repeat every field
Entries (Account / Debit / Credit)

Debits versus Credits
Account Type | Increase Balance | Decrease Balance |
Banks | DEBIT | CREDIT |
Assets | DEBIT | CREDIT |
Liabilities | CREDIT | DEBIT |
Equity | CREDIT | DEBIT |
Income | CREDIT | DEBIT |
Expenses | DEBIT | CREDIT |
Once saved, the software will redirect you to the New Recurring Journal Entry
Viewing all Recurring Journal Entries
To view all existing Recurring Journal Entries, you can click the Transactions tab and select Recurring Journal Entries
Editing the Journal Entry
To edit an existing Recurring Journal Entry, click the Journal Entry in question
This will show the details of the Recurring Journal Entry, and you can select the green Actions button and Edit button to adjust the description and frequency of the Recurring Journal Entry
You can also delete the Recurring Journal Entries to stop all future occurrences. This will not delete Journal Entries already posted from this Recurring Journal Entry.
