Tip of the Week #10: Enhancements to Lease Management Feature

Get more lease visibility with Rentvine’s new pending lease module

At Rentvine, we’re always listening to feedback and building tools that make your leasing workflow more efficient. In this week’s Rentvine Academy video, Sales Engineer Alex Cordova walks through the latest updates to our lease interface—including a new way to track pending leases and highlight your official lease agreements.

What’s new in lease management

1. Pending lease visibility barAll pending leases now include a status module at the top of the lease page. This gives you quick, at-a-glance visibility into critical pre-activation steps—like whether a deposit has been paid or charges are set up—without needing to dig into details.

2. Edit charges right from the topYou can now quickly adjust move-in and recurring charges from the top of the lease page. No more navigating to multiple sections—it's all accessible in one place, saving you time and reducing friction.

3. Set and display the official lease agreementProperty managers can now designate one document as the official lease agreement. Once set, this document will appear in the Info tab of the lease. This is especially useful if tenants sign multiple documents—there’s now a clear, accessible record of the main agreement without needing to dig through your documents section.
