How to Update Your Billing Payment Method
Are you needing to change the method of payment for your monthly subscription to Rentvine? This article will show you how to update that info using either a Credit Card or ACH.
Step one: This only needs to be done if you are configuring a role for another user. If you are already an administrator, you can skip this step.
Navigate to your Global Settings by selecting your initials next to your name > Settings.
Go to Settings and select: Users/Roles/API
When selecting a role under the ADMINISTRATION tab, you will see a toggle for
MANAGE ACCOUNT BILLING; this needs to be ON to edit your billing info.
Step Two: Change your billing info in Rentvine
Navigate to your name on the lower left side of your screen. Then, select the Billing option
Click on the green button labeled Edit Payment Method
Make sure you hit UPDATE once completed. Your billing info has now changed.
