How to Change the Reserve Amount on a Property
Do you need to change the reserve amount of a property? This article will show you how to modify the amount. This amount will be combined for all properties under a single portfolio and held back from distributions.
From the dashboard view of Rentvine, click on the Property dropdown on the left-hand side
Click on Properties from the dropdown
On the next screen, enter the Property Code/Address in the search field that you would like to change.
In the results, click the property that you would like to change.
Click on the Settings tab.
Under the Settings tab, click on the Pencil button in the Accounting Settings section.
Enter the new Reserve Amount
Click the Save/Update button at the bottom
