In Rentvine, there are Files tabs in Portfolios, Properties, Leases, Bills, Tenant Contacts, Owner Contacts, Vendor Contacts, and etc.

Please locate the Files tab where you want the folder to be added

In the example above, I am using the Files tab of a specific property.

Once in the Files tab

Click the New Folder button

A form will appear to Create New Folder
​

Create a name for the folder

Then click the Create Folder button to complete
​

If you click the folder, you can add any files within that folder
